  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Not at this time. Shipping rates are calculated at check out.

  • What is your return policy?

    You may retrun any item purchased within 30 days to receiev a full refund of your purchase price less shipping. We cannot accept returns of Root Beer or Canned Beer. However, if there is an issue with your order please let us know and we'll do what we can to make things right.

  • I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

    Sure! Please let us know via email and mail the item back to us. As long as we have your requested size in stock we'll mail it out to you ASAP.

  • I didn't get something I ordered. What do I do?

    Oh no! Please email us at merch@greenmanbrewery.com. If you can reply to your order confirmation email that would be ideal. We need your order number and the item(s) you are missing. We'll do everything we can to make it right!

  • Can I order beer and other merchandise at the same time?

    You sure can! As long as you are located in one of the 7 states we are allowed to ship to (Washington DC, Kentucky, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia), other merchadise can be sent in the same package. Your order will be sent via UPS Ground service and require and Adlut Signature at drop off still. If you live in one of the other 43 states not listed above, you won't be allowed to check out if you've added beer to your cart.

  • What does "Adult Signature Required" mean?

    We are required by law to ship beer with an “Adult Signature Required" label, which means you will not be able to obtain your package without showing your valid ID to the UPS driver. This only applies to beer and does not apply to any other merch. 

  • I've got a question you didn't answer. How do I get in touch with someone?
